It is made using macerated herbs, fruits, and spices, including Espelette pepper. These macerations are then blended with a white wine made from Gros Manseng grapes. Txapa is made from macerations of plants from our Basque mountains, spices including Espelette pepper, and fruit. The resulting macerations are then blended with a white wine made from the Gros-Manseng grape variety.
Breeding
After several months of maceration promoting the homogenization of aromas, the product is filtered and then bottled immediately to preserve its freshness and aromatic balance.
