Made from green anise, star anise, licorice, herbs, spices and Espelette pepper AOC. Clarified for a brilliant color, it combines balance and unique aromatic expression thanks to precise dosage and controlled maceration.
Breeding
Pastis is a stable product but with a delicate aromatic freshness. To preserve its aromas and taste qualities, it is bottled immediately after production.
Tasting
- Nose: pPower of anise and licorice complemented by notes of Espelette pepper. Once diluted, it evolves into aromas of sweet almonds, blond tobacco and cloves.
- Palate: balanced between anise and licorice, creamy on almond milk and cashew nuts.
- Final: revived by a subtle note of Espelette pepper.
